Plain answers

Output, charging and how it compares

v2 or 1500 Ultra — which one?

The v2 gives more output (2,000 W vs 1,800 W), a stated 10 ms UPS and about 7 lb less weight. The Ultra answers a different question: IP65 weather resistance and double the solar input. Pick by where the station will live.

How much solar can I connect?

Up to 400 W over a 16–60 V window. That ceiling matters when choosing a panel — ask us before buying one specifically for this unit so the input stays matched.

How long will it run a refrigerator?

Runtime is capacity divided by actual draw, minus inverter losses. A refrigerator averaging 150 W across its duty cycle runs many hours on 1,536 Wh; your own appliance, its age and the room temperature move the real number.

How fast does it charge?

About 80 minutes from empty to full on a wall outlet. Solar at the 400 W maximum is slower and depends on conditions.

Before you order

Shipping and delivery

The unit weighs 31.97 lb (14.5 kg) and measures 12.99 x 8.7 x 9.53 in, inside standard parcel limits.

This unit contains a lithium iron phosphate battery. Lithium battery shipments are subject to transport regulations and can carry service or destination restrictions. Confirm with us before ordering to a remote, island or non-continental address.

Installation requirements

None. This is a plug-and-play portable unit: loads plug into it, not into your house wiring. Connecting any portable power station to household circuits or a panel is a different job for a licensed electrician, who will tell you whether your area needs a permit.

Warranty and returns

3 years from purchase. Returns are handled under our return and refund policy.
