Description
The Solar Generator 500 v2 pairs an Explorer 500 v2 with a SolarSaga 100W Air panel: 512 Wh and 500 W at about 20 lb for the pair, for small loads and a kit that moves in one trip.
It is sized for electronics and small gear, not for running a household.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Cartons: The station and the rest of the kit can arrive in separate cartons, on different days. That is normal, so check each one on arrival.
Key Features
Output: 500 W and 1,000 W surge from two 120 V outlets.
UPS: Switches within 10 ms. It does not support 0 ms switching, so do not use it on data servers or workstations.
Panel: SolarSaga 100W Air, rated 100 W and 110 W in bifacial test conditions, IP68, about 7 lb. It folds to about 17.0 × 16.7 × 1.9 in and opens to about 65.7 × 16.7 in.
Solar: One DC8020 port at 16–60 V, up to 200 W. The panel refills the station in about 6.8 hours.

Installation and Compatibility
Where it runs: Indoor use only. It is not waterproof or dustproof.
In a shop: During operation in a workshop or repair facility, do not place it on the floor or less than 18 in. above the floor.
Panel use: Keep the panel out of the rain, and store it indoors after charging.
Warranty
Term: 3 years from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. This covers the station.
Not covered: Misuse, abuse, modification, accident, use beyond normal consumer use, repair by an unauthorized party, and units bought through an online auction.
Battery condition: Fully charge the unit within 7 days of purchase and at least once every 6 months, or the battery cell falls outside the warranty.

No. This station has no app, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth.
Can I add a second panel?
Yes, a second 100 W panel, through a connector sold separately.
