How long does shipping take?
Handling time is 1 to 3 business days, and transit time is 5 to 8 business days. We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI).

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. Special-order items, such as the Beta RSC50 2.0, C45PRO 2.0 and C58BC ranges, can be returned for damage or a defect only, not a change of mind.
