Description
The WYBOT C2 is a cordless robotic pool cleaner for pools up to 2,152 sq ft. It cleans floors, walls, and waterlines on tile, concrete, vinyl, and fiberglass, and runs up to 180 minutes in Eco mode.
Its two-layer filter pairs a 180 μm cartridge with a 10 μm fine filter, so it holds fine dust as well as leaves. It is the C2 Vision without the camera.

Setup: Cordless, with no dock to install. Updates arrive over the air.
App: The WYBOT app for iOS 15.0 or later and Android 8.0 or later connects over Bluetooth, so keep your phone near the pool to control it.
Before the first run: Charge it fully.
Warranty
Term: 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Filters, brushes, wheels, rollers, and other wear parts are covered only for defects on delivery.
Not covered: Water damage from a cover, cap, or charging port left open, running it out of the water, unbalanced pool chemistry or corrosion, impact, and third-party repairs.
Claims: Contact us first, with your proof of purchase, the serial number, and photos or video of the fault. You pay shipping to send a unit in for evaluation, and return shipping on an approved repair or replacement is covered.
Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, under our return and refund policy. A change-of-mind return carries a 25% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping. Neither applies to an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Why is there water in the box?
Each robot is tested underwater before it's packed, so a little dampness is normal.
Why won't it charge?
Turn it off before charging, and dry the charging port and pins first. Water in the port stops it charging and can corrode it.
