You lift it out to recharge, which takes about three hours. If you would rather never do that, the S2 Solar adds a dock that charges it in the pool; if your pool is much larger or you want camera-guided routing, look at the M2. Ships as a standard parcel with tracking. The unit contains a lithium battery, so shipments can carry service or destination restrictions; confirm with us before ordering to a remote, island or non-continental address.

Setup requirements

Nothing to install: no hose, no booster pump, no cord in the water. Charge the robot indoors, pair it with the WYBOT app if you want scheduling and mode control, and place it in the pool. The three manual modes work without the app at all.

When it finishes a cycle, WYBOT's self-parking technology leaves it positioned for easy retrieval, so you are not dragging the pool with a pole to find it.

No. Three cleaning modes are selectable on the unit itself. The app adds the other four modes, six cleaning paths, and the cycle timer that can run up to four scheduled cleanings across a week.

Yes. WYBOT lists tiled walls specifically, alongside floors, steps and the waterline. Tile is the surface where cheaper cleaners tend to lose grip.

WYBOT rates a single charge for pools up to about 3,230 square feet. A typical 16 x 32 ft residential pool is 512 square feet of floor, so most home pools finish with a comfortable margin.

When lifting the robot out to recharge is the part you want gone. The S2 Solar keeps the same cleaning hardware but adds a dock that recharges it in the pool from sunlight, with a DC backup. If you are happy to charge it like any other appliance, the standard S2 does the same cleaning for less.
