WHO IT IS FOR

For the pool that does not come in a rectangle

The 2 Ultra earns its place in the range on four specific situations: heavy leaf, seed or berry fall; a freeform or stepped pool; cleaning that has to happen overnight; and owners who want the robot to work out where the debris is rather than covering everything equally. Its camera routes to the mess first, its LEDs let it see in the dark, and its dual side brushes get into the corners a single-brush machine leaves behind. It is a set of targeted additions to the 2 Pro, not a better machine across the board, and if none of those four situations describe your pool, the Pro costs less and does the same five jobs.

Before You Order

Shipping and delivery

Ships from a US warehouse, typically within two business days, with tracking on every order. The robot arrives as a standard parcel that one person can carry.

The unit contains a lithium battery, so shipments can carry service or destination restrictions. Confirm with us before ordering to a remote, island or non-continental address.

Setup requirements

There is nothing to install: no hose, no booster pump, no cord. Charge the robot, connect it to the Beatbot app over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, and place it in the water. Overnight cleaning runs from a schedule set in the app.

Warranty and returns

Warranty term: 2 years, handled by Beatbot. Returns are accepted within 30 days under our return and refund policy, with no return label fee and no restocking charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Camera privacy, night cleaning and when the Ultra is worth it

No. The vision system processes what it sees onboard, in real time, and stores no video or personal data. Beatbot holds TUV Rheinland privacy certification under ETSI EN 303 645 for this device class.

Only for a reason. Overnight cleaning, heavy organic debris, steps, or an irregular shape: any one of those justifies the difference, because those are exactly what the camera, the LEDs and the dual side brushes address. If your pool is a covered rectangle with no trees nearby, buy the Pro and keep the difference.

Dual LED lights give the vision system enough light to navigate and prioritize in the dark, so you can schedule the robot to run overnight and lift it out before anyone swims. The practical benefit is a pool that is ready in the morning without a machine in it during the day.

Yes. The dual side brushes are there for steps, corners and tight edges, the places where a single-brush machine tends to leave a line of debris behind.

A focused pass in roughly half the normal cleaning time, concentrated where the camera sees debris. It is the mode for a windy afternoon or the hour before guests arrive, when a full-coverage cycle is more than you need.

It returns to the water surface when the job is done or the battery drops below 12 percent, and it drains about 4.85 lb of water as you lift it out, so retrieval is a lift from the pool edge rather than a reach into the deep end.
