The Swisstrax Diamondtrax 12-Series Small Mat Kit is a pre-designed floor mat of about 4 ft 6 in by 8 ft 6 in: room for a motorcycle, a tool chest or the standing area in front of a bench. Tiles, edges and corners come counted in one box.

It sits in the middle of the floor, so there is nothing to measure or cut. Lay it out, snap it together by hand, and it covers stained or cracked concrete without bonding to it.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states and DC. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Packing: Ships parcel ground from Georgia in one 13 x 13 x 26 in box, about 30 lb.

At delivery: Check every box against your order, and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything arrives damaged.

Key Features

Edges and corners included: Looped and pegged edges plus four corners finish all four sides.

Seven designs: Checkered, Jet Black with Arctic White, Racing Red, Slate Grey or Tropical Orange. Runner, Jet Black with a Racing Red, Slate Grey or Tropical Orange stripe.

Diamond plate: Non-slip when wet.

Fixed designs: Each kit is a set design. It cannot be modified; for your own layout, build from 10-packs and 50-packs.

Grow it later: Every piece is standard 12-Series, so the mat can be extended toward a full floor with tile packs.

What's Included

In the box: 32 Diamondtrax 12-Series tiles, 12 looped edges, 12 pegged edges and 4 corners, in the design you pick.

Installation and Compatibility

Acclimate: Let the tiles sit at 72°F or warmer for 24 hours before you lay them. Tiles for the door end do well with some time in direct sun first, so they expand before the open door lets the sun in.

Prep: Clear and sweep the slab. No grinding, etching or primer.

Placement: The mat sits in the middle of the floor, not wall to wall, so there is nothing to measure or cut. Keep 1/2 in clear of anything fixed.

Assembly: Lay the tiles out to the design, press them together by hand, then fit the edges and corners. No tools.

Loose tiles slide: Do not walk on tiles that are not yet locked together.

Care: Clean with a wet mop, leaf blower or pressure washer. Keep battery acid and direct heat, such as a torch, off the floor. They are the two things the tiles do not resist.

Warranty

Term: 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for single-family household use, on a floor installed and kept to Swisstrax's instructions. A defective tile is replaced.

Not covered: Commercial use, labor, shipping on replacements, cosmetic stains or discoloration, cuts, scratches, burns and dents, and damage from long direct sun exposure, from moisture or pressure coming up through the slab, or from gluing the tiles down.

Check as you lay: Look over each tile as it goes down. A tile installed with a visible defect is not covered.

Claims: Keep your receipt and the box labels, since a claim needs both. Contact us first with your order number and photos, and we file the claim with Swisstrax.

Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, under our return and refund policy.

What fits on it?

A motorcycle, a tool chest, or the working area in front of a bench. It is not big enough for a car; the Medium Mat Kit is the single-car size.

Can I change the colors?

No. The designs are fixed. For your own pattern, order 10-packs and add edges and corners.

Can it go outdoors?

No. The mat kits are for indoor use. For a patio or carport, look at Ribtrax Smooth 12-Series tiles.

Will these lock into Swisstrax PRO tiles?

No. 12-Series tiles lock only with other 12-Series tiles, edges and corners.
