Description
The Swisstrax Diamondtrax 12-Series Large Mat Kit is a pre-designed parking pad of about 17 ft 6 in square, sized for two cars side by side. Tiles, edges and corners come counted for you.
It stops short of the walls, so cabinets, benches and shelving stay on the slab around it. Lay it out, snap it together by hand, and park on it. Stained or cracked concrete stays hidden underneath, since the mat never bonds to the slab.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: Free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states and DC. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Packing: Ships parcel ground from Georgia in 6 boxes, about 244 lb in total, which may arrive on different days. We confirm the ship date by email after you order.
At delivery: Check every box against your order, and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything arrives damaged.

What's Included

Installation and Compatibility
Acclimate: Let the tiles sit at 72°F or warmer for 24 hours before you lay them. Tiles for the door end do well with some time in direct sun first, so they expand before the open door lets the sun in.
Prep: Clear and sweep the slab. No grinding, etching or primer.
Placement: The mat sits in the middle of the floor, not wall to wall, so there is nothing to measure or cut. Keep 1/2 in clear of anything fixed.
Assembly: Lay the tiles out to the design, press them together by hand, then fit the edges and corners. No tools.
Loose tiles slide: Do not walk on tiles that are not yet locked together.
Care: Clean with a wet mop, leaf blower or pressure washer. Keep battery acid and direct heat, such as a torch, off the floor. They are the two things the tiles do not resist.
Wait for every box: Start once all 6 boxes are in, since the design needs every tile.
Warranty
Term: 20-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for single-family household use, on a floor installed and kept to Swisstrax's instructions. A defective tile is replaced.
Not covered: Commercial use, labor, shipping on replacements, cosmetic stains or discoloration, cuts, scratches, burns and dents, and damage from long direct sun exposure, from moisture or pressure coming up through the slab, or from gluing the tiles down.
Check as you lay: Look over each tile as it goes down. A tile installed with a visible defect is not covered.
Claims: Keep your receipt and the box labels, since a claim needs both. Contact us first with your order number and photos, and we file the claim with Swisstrax.
Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, under our return and refund policy.

Will it fit my two-car garage?
If you have a clear square of about 17 ft 6 in. Measure between the door tracks, posts and anything else fixed, and keep 1/2 in clear of them.
I want the floor covered wall to wall. Is this the right kit?
No. The mat stops short of the walls. For wall-to-wall coverage, order tile packs; a 20 x 20 ft floor takes 400 tiles.
Can I park and jack a car on it?
Yes. Diamondtrax 12-Series is made for the home garage, parking included. Under a jack stand, set a rigid board on the tile to spread the load.
Can I change the design?
No. The designs are fixed. For your own pattern, order tile packs and add edges and corners.

Will hot tires mark it?
No. Hot tire pickup is one of the problems the tiles are designed to avoid. The stress to watch for is turning the wheel while the car is stationary, so roll slightly as you steer.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us first with your order number. A claim needs the box labels and proof of purchase, so keep the labels when you unpack.
Can I return it after I lay it out?
No, unless it arrived defective. Our refund policy excludes used or installed products. Non-defective returns must be unused and carry a 25% restocking fee, and return shipping is on you, so measure first.
