Sunseeker X7 Gen 2 Robotic Lawn Mower — 0.75 Acre
Free shipping to the contiguous U.S.
Description
The X7 Gen 2 is where Sunseeker's 2026 range moves up: dual floating cutting discs across a 13.8-inch path, cutting height moved electronically from the app, and all-wheel drive that holds a 70% slope. No boundary wire and no antenna to install: it positions itself by network RTK over its built-in 4G module, backed up by VSLAM 2.0 vision.
It suits a lawn up to 0.75 acre where cutting height changes with the season. If yours runs larger, the X7 Plus Gen 2 is the same machine rated to 1.5 acres.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship this mower to Alaska or Hawaii.
Key Features
Navigation: AONavi 2.0 fuses network RTK with VSLAM 2.0 on a 10 TOPS chip. Where trees or buildings block RTK, the cameras keep it mapping and cutting.
Day and night: Vision AI 2.0 pairs a binocular camera for daylight with an iToF camera for dark, backed by a physical bumper for obstacles.
Anti-theft: The 4G GPS module is standard, with real-time tracking, adjustable geofencing, and boundary alerts.
Cutting: Dual floating discs cover a 13.8-inch path, six blades each at 2,600 to 2,800 RPM, with electric height from 0.8 to 4.0 inches. Ride-on boundary cutting, multi-angle patterns, and spot mowing are built in.
Target height: Set a height on your phone and the mower takes tall or dense grass down over several passes.
Terrain: Tri-wheel all-wheel drive with a steering rear wheel, front independent suspension over roots and ruts, and 8.7-inch off-road front wheels holds a 70% (35°) slope.
Zones: Draw virtual boundaries in the app, with no limit on zones.
Connected: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 4G control, with rain detection, automatic recharging, night mode, an LED headlight, over-the-air updates, and Alexa or Google Home.

Installation and Compatibility
Network RTK service: Two years of NetRTK, 4G, and anti-theft service come with the mower. After that, renewal is $49 a year, and continued use requires an active subscription.
Site check: Network RTK needs cell coverage at the lawn and a view of the sky, so tell us about weak signal or heavy tree cover before you order.
Accessory: The Sunseeker Garage for X7 / X5 pairs with this mower as a weather cover for the mower and its charging station.
Warranty
Term: Two years on the mower and one year on the battery pack, from the date of purchase, for defects in materials or workmanship under normal, ordinary conditions. No registration is required.
Not covered: Normal wear on parts such as blades and tires, improper maintenance, accidental damage, accessories supplied with the mower, high-pressure washer damage, unauthorized repairs or parts, and storing the mower or battery outdoors below 32°F.
Claims: Contact us first, with your order number and the mower's serial number. We file the claim with Sunseeker and arrange the repair. A mower is replaced only if it is dead on arrival or cannot be repaired, and a replacement may not be new.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when it starts to rain?
Rain detection sends it back to the charging station, and you can set a rain delay in the app before it resumes.
Can it mow at night?
Yes. The iToF camera takes over from the binocular camera after dark, and there's a night mode and an LED headlight.
Can I hose it down?
Yes. It's rated IPX5, but stay away from pressure washers, because the warranty excludes that damage.

Before you buy · Sunseeker X7 Gen 2
Will it work in your yard? Four checks first.
Most robot mowers that disappoint in the first month were sold into the wrong yard. These four checks take ten minutes with a phone and a tape measure, and they tell you before the box arrives.
01 · Positioning
Cell coverage and open sky
The X7 positions itself by network RTK over its built-in 4G module, with no antenna to install, per Sunseeker. It still needs to see satellites, so check the sky over the lawn and at the charging station, and tell us about weak cell coverage before you order.
02 · Connectivity
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi where the mower docks
The mower uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi; setup runs through the Sunseeker app over Bluetooth. Walk to the charging station with your phone: if the 2.4 GHz signal drops there, the built-in 4G module keeps the mower connected.
03 · Passages
Measure the narrowest gap
The X7 Gen 2 passes through gaps down to 28 in. (70 cm), per Sunseeker. Side yards between buildings are also where satellite signal is weakest, so check the sky there as well as the width.
04 · Terrain
Check your steepest slope
Rated to 70% (35°) on all-wheel drive, per Sunseeker. A 70% slope rises 7 feet over 10 feet of ground. Wet grass reduces grip on any mower.
What it will not do
Replace your trimmer
Edges along walls, beds and fences still need a trimmer. Owners of wire-free mowers commonly report 10–30 minutes of trimming every one to three weeks. Less yard work, not none.
Cut tight around obstacles
Vision AI steers around trees, toys and animals. Higher obstacle sensitivity is safer and leaves a wider uncut ring, a setting you choose in the app, per Sunseeker.
Take down a long lawn
Start on a lawn that has been cut recently. The X7 cuts up to 4.0 in.; if the grass is well above that, give it one pass with a conventional mower first.
Questions owners ask after the fact
Is there a subscription?
Yes, after the included term. Sunseeker includes NetRTK and 4G service in the purchase price, listed as two years in its specifications, and the renewal is $49 a year. Continued use requires an active subscription, per Sunseeker.
What happens to my map if a part is replaced?
Maps and schedules are stored on the mower's core board. Back each map up in the app under Map Management, which holds up to four maps. If a repair replaces the core board, we confirm with Sunseeker how your backup is restored before you remap.
Who handles a warranty claim?
We do. Sunseeker covers the mower for 2 years and the battery pack for 1 year from purchase. As an authorized Sunseeker dealer, we file the claim in Sunseeker's dealer system and arrange the repair or part. Contact us first, with your order number and the mower's serial number.
How do I store it over winter?
Per Sunseeker's manual: clean the mower and check the blades, charge it fully and switch it off, then store it indoors in a dry, frost-free place, standing on its wheels. Keep the battery indoors whenever it is below 32°F (0°C). Unplug the charging station, and bring it inside if it will drop below −4°F (−20°C).

The range
Six mowers, one ladder
Every model maps the lawn without a boundary wire. Moving up the ladder buys acreage, drive, and cutting hardware — pick by the yard, not by the badge.

The platform
Mapped, not fenced
X7 Gen 2 · dual floating discs across a 13.8-inch path — no boundary wire.
The boundary lives in the app
No perimeter wire to trench, snag, or repair. Boundaries, no-go islands, and zones are drawn on the phone and redrawn in minutes when the yard changes — with no limit on how many zones you keep.
Network or LiDAR
The X5, X7 and X9 models run network RTK over built-in 4G, so there is no antenna to install. Service is included for two years on Gen 2 and five on the X9 pair. The X4 skips satellites entirely and navigates by LiDAR.
It does not stop at dusk
Binocular cameras handle daylight and iToF sensors take over at night, so the mowing window is the whole day. Working noise stays at 60 dB(A) across the X4 through X7 Plus — quiet enough to run while the house sleeps.
Before you order
Plain talk, as usual
Acreage is a rating, not a promise
Coverage figures are Sunseeker’s own, measured on sane schedules and reasonable ground. Complex layouts, heavy growth, and long narrow passages all eat into them. If your lawn sits near the line between two models, take the larger one.
Two ways of knowing where it is
This range does not navigate one way. The X4 reads the yard with LiDAR and needs no sky at all. The X5, X7 and X9 models use network RTK with vision backup, which leans on cell coverage and a reasonable view up. Tell us about tree canopy or a weak signal and we will point you at the right one.
Height adjustment splits the range
The X4 and X5 Gen 2 set cutting height by hand at the machine. From the X7 Gen 2 up it moves electronically from the app, including target-height cutting over several passes. If you change height with the season, that line in the table is worth more than the acreage.
