Description

Fits: Sunseeker X4, X5, X5 Gen 2, X7, X7 Plus, X7 Gen 2, X7 Plus Gen 2, X9 and X9 Plus fitted with Sunseeker's 4G module.

The Sunseeker 4G Recharge Card adds one year (365 days) of 4G data service to a Sunseeker mower. Use it to renew 4G once the complimentary period that came with the 4G module ends.

The card is marked "Physical Antenna Package". It is a different card from Sunseeker's 4G + nRTK card, which renews network RTK service as well as 4G. Tell us your model before you order, and we will confirm which card it needs.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states, free on orders of $100 or more. Below $100, a flat rate is shown at checkout. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

At delivery: Check the contents against your order, and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything arrives damaged.

What's Included

In the box: One 4G recharge card.

Installation and Compatibility

4G module needed: The card only works on a mower with Sunseeker's 4G module fitted.

Not network RTK: It renews 4G data. Network RTK service on the Gen 2 models and the X9 Series renews through Sunseeker's 4G + nRTK card, which we do not stock.

Timing: Renew when the current 4G term is close to ending, so tracking does not lapse.

Warranty

Term: The card is a data service, so the parts warranty does not apply. If it will not redeem, contact us with your order number and we will take it up with Sunseeker.

Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, under our return and refund policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it renew network RTK?

No. It renews 4G data. Network RTK renews through Sunseeker's 4G + nRTK card.

Do I need the 4G module?

Yes. The card has nothing to connect to without Sunseeker's 4G module on the mower.

How long does it last?

One year, 365 days, from when the service is applied.

Compatibility

Sunseeker accessories are made for specific mower models, and some fit only one generation. The first line of each description, in bold, names the Sunseeker mowers the part is listed for. Where Sunseeker does not publish the fit, the description says so. If you are unsure which model you have, send a photo of the mower or its label through the contact page before ordering.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. Rates and delivery areas are set out in our shipping policy.

Warranty and returns

Accessories bought on their own are covered for 6 months from purchase against defects in materials or workmanship, and replacement battery packs for 1 year. Blades wear with use, so normal wear is not covered, and data cards are a service with no parts warranty. Accidental damage and improper maintenance are not covered. For a claim, contact us first with your order number and your mower's model, and we file it with Sunseeker. Returns are handled under our return and refund policy.
