Description
Two HomePower 3600 Plus stations linked by the Jackery Connector: 7,168 Wh and 7,200 W at 120/240 V, for a home whose essentials list includes one 240 V load and no transfer-switch install.
Wall charging stops while they are linked, so charge them first or keep panels on them.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Weight: Each station is 77.2 lb on wheels, so plan on two trips.
Key Features
Output: 7,200 W at 120/240 V through the Connector, with a 14,400 W surge peak at the expansion ports.
Connector: Jackery Connector, model JC-CO20A, with NEMA 14-50R and NEMA 6-50 receptacles, 30 A maximum. It joins both AC Expansion Ports.
Setup: Both units off, one Connector into both ports, both on, then press AC on each unit within 1 minute.
Failure behavior: If either unit's AC button or a fault stops output, both stop and parallel mode ends.

What's Included
In the box: Two HomePower 3600 Plus stations, two AC charging cables, and one Jackery Connector.
Installation and Compatibility
Before you connect: Turn AC output off on both units first, and never disconnect the cable with AC active. The expansion port carries 240 V when AC is on.
Where it runs: Indoor use only. It is not waterproof or dustproof, and it stays upright with 7.9 in. (200 mm) clear on both sides.
In a shop: During operation in a workshop or repair facility, do not place it on the floor or less than 18 in. above the floor.
Warranty
Term: 3 years from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
Extension: Jackery sells a paid 2-year extension for units bought through its authorized US channels. Activate it within 30 days of buying it.
Not covered: Misuse, abuse, modification, accident, use beyond normal consumer use, repair by an unauthorized party, and units bought through an online auction.
Battery condition: Fully charge the unit within 7 days of purchase and at least once every 6 months, or the battery cell falls outside the warranty.
Claims: Contact us first, with your order number and the serial number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does each station keep its 10 ms UPS while linked?
We can't confirm that. The UPS needs a wall connection, and wall input isn't supported in parallel, so don't plan on it.
Can I unlink them?
Yes. Disconnect the loads, turn AC off on both, and remove the Connector. Each station then runs on its own.
Shipping & returns
Returns follow the stated return window — see returns & exchanges. Freight returns are arranged by our team.
Lithium battery shipments travel by ground only, never air, and can carry destination restrictions. Feeding household circuits through a transfer switch needs a licensed electrician, who will tell you whether your area needs a permit and inspection.

Who it is for
For the essentials list with one 240 V load
Two HomePower 3600 Plus stations linked by the Jackery Connector give you 240 V from portable units, with no transfer-switch install. The trade-off is charging: while they run in parallel, AC wall charging is disabled and only solar works, so charge from the wall before linking or keep panels on them.
7,200 W at 120/240 V
Dual-voltage output through the Connector, at 240 V, 60 Hz and 30 A. It is capped at 7,200 W combined.
7,168 Wh combined
Two 3,584 Wh banks.
6,000 cycles
LiFePO4 rated to 6,000 cycles at 70% capacity or better.
Two lighter units
77.2 lb per station, rather than one very heavy machine.

Can I charge them from the wall while linked?
No. AC wall charging is disabled in parallel mode. Only solar charging works while they are linked.
Is it really 7,200 W from each?
No. 7,200 W is the combined output. Each unit supplies 3,600 W continuous and 7,200 W surge.
Are solar panels included?
No. Each unit takes up to 1,000 W of solar at 16 to 60 V DC.
