Description
The HomePower 3600 Plus bought as a complete system: station, Battery Pack 3600, and a SolarSaga 500X panel in one order, for 7,168 Wh and 3,600 W with a solar recharge that does not need the grid.
Output stays at 3,600 W with the pack attached. If a load will not start at that figure, look at the Explorer 5000 Plus.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Cartons: The station and the rest of the kit can arrive in separate cartons, on different days. That is normal, so check each one on arrival.
Weight: The station is 77.2 lb on wheels, the pack is 55.1 lb, and the panel is 23.1 lb.
Key Features
Output: 3,600 W and 7,200 W surge, pure sine wave, at 120 V. One station does not make 240 V.
Outlets: Four 120 V, 20 A at 2,400 W each, plus one NEMA TT-30, 120 V, 30 A, at 3,600 W. Total AC output is 3,600 W.
UPS: Switches within 10 ms with the wall cable in and AC on. Output peaks at 1,440 W before an outage and returns to rated output during it. It does not support 0 ms switching, so do not use it on data servers or workstations.
Solar: The station takes up to 1,000 W, and one 500X recharges the station alone in about 12 hours.
Panel: SolarSaga 500X, rated 500 W and 545 W in bifacial test conditions. It is IP68, but do not immerse it.
Expansion: Up to four more Battery Pack 3600 units on top of this one, for 21.48 kWh.

What's Included
In the box: HomePower 3600 Plus, AC charging cable, Battery Pack 3600, expansion cable, and a SolarSaga 500X set with panels, hinges, screws, ground stakes, a 16.4 ft charging cable, and a storage bag.
Installation and Compatibility
Connecting the pack: One expansion cable, in the pack's box, with every unit off first. Do not stack the pack on the station.
Where it runs: Indoor use only. It is not waterproof or dustproof, and it stays upright with 7.9 in. (200 mm) clear on both sides.
In a shop: During operation in a workshop or repair facility, do not place it on the floor or less than 18 in. above the floor.
Panel use: Retract it in strong wind, hail, and other severe weather. It is not intended for permanent installation.
Warranty
Term: 3 years from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase.
Panel: The SolarSaga 500X has a 5-year limited warranty covering normal power generation. Surface discoloration, fabric wear, and normal wear are not covered.
Extension: Jackery sells a paid 2-year extension for units bought through its authorized US channels. Activate it within 30 days of buying it.
Not covered: Misuse, abuse, modification, accident, use beyond normal consumer use, repair by an unauthorized party, and units bought through an online auction.
Battery condition: Fully charge the unit within 7 days of purchase and at least once every 6 months, or the battery cell falls outside the warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the pack need its own charger?
No. It charges through the station, from the wall or from solar.
Can I run it through a transfer switch?
Yes. The 120 V, 30 A Manual Transfer Switch works with this station, and a qualified electrician has to install it.

The pack extends how long the system runs; it does not raise what it can run at once — output stays governed by the station at 3,600 W continuous. If your problem is runtime, add packs; if a load will not start, more packs will not change that.
The combined weight is a sum of individually published component weights. Jackery does not publish a combined shipping weight for this kit.
