Description

The HomePower 3600 Plus with two SolarSaga 200 folding panels: the same 3,584 Wh station as the 500X kit, with 400 W of solar split across two panels you handle one at a time.

It runs at 120 V from the station's outlets, including a TT-30.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Cartons: The station and the rest of the kit can arrive in separate cartons, on different days. That is normal, so check each one on arrival.

Weight: The station is 77.2 lb on wheels.

Key Features

Output: 3,600 W and 7,200 W surge, pure sine wave, at 120 V. One station does not make 240 V.

Outlets: Four 120 V, 20 A at 2,400 W each, plus one NEMA TT-30, 120 V, 30 A, at 3,600 W. Total AC output is 3,600 W.

UPS: Switches within 10 ms with the wall cable in and AC on. Output peaks at 1,440 W before an outage and returns to rated output during it. It does not support 0 ms switching, so do not use it on data servers or workstations.

Panels: Two 200 W SolarSaga 200 bifacial panels, IP68, one on each DC8020 port. Each weighs 14.33 lb, folds to 23.6 × 23.5 × 1.6 in, and opens to 89.8 × 23.5 in.

Shipping & returns

Free shipping Shipping is included in the price, to the contiguous U.S. Full timelines are in the shipping policy.

Returns follow the stated return window — see returns & exchanges. Freight returns are arranged by our team.

Lithium battery shipments travel by ground only, never air, and can carry destination restrictions. Feeding household circuits through a transfer switch needs a licensed electrician and, in most places, a permit and inspection.

Who it is for

For solar that one person can carry

This is the same 3,584 Wh station as the 500X kit. The difference is the solar: two 200 W panels you handle one at a time. You get 400 W rather than 500 W, so if recharge speed matters more than handling, the 500X kit is the better fit.

  • Two 200 W panels

    IP68, one on each port.

  • 3,600 W continuous

7,200 W surge and a 10 ms UPS from the HomePower 3600 Plus.

  • Solar headroom

The station takes 1,000 W, and these two panels use less than half of it.

  • Capacity can grow

Up to five Battery Pack 3600 units, for 21.48 kWh.

Plain answers

Can I add a third panel?

No. Use one, two, or four identical panels, never three.
