Description

Eleven pre-configured RSC50 2.0 layouts on a 27.6 in. (70 cm) deep worktop, made in Italy, from a single 59 in. run to corner sets that take in two walls.

Measure the wall, not the worktop. The Flagship needs more wall than worktop once the full-height cabinets stand at the ends. Choose a layout above, and the full module list for that layout is set out below.

Shipping and Delivery

Lead time: Special order — typically 6–8 weeks, depending on Beta's container ordering cycle and stock in Italy.

Freight: Ships on one or more pallets to the 48 contiguous states, curbside on a liftgate truck. The carrier lowers it to the curb and does not bring it inside, so plan people and equipment for the last stretch. It wants a level floor and a planned route in. Freight is shown at checkout.

Returns: This item is brought in from Italy for your order, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or defective, our return and refund policy covers it: report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and a defect within 30 days.

Key Features

Worktop: Every layout comes with sheet metal under a shock- and scratch-resistant PVC coat that also resists hydrocarbons, with holes on both sides for a Beta 1599P/125 vise, ordered separately. Layouts D and F are also offered in multi-ply wood or stainless-steel-coated MDF.

Fixed modules: Drawers run on ball-bearing slides, with foamed rubber mats, a front centralized lock, and vertically adjustable feet. Each drawer takes up to four EVA foam or ABS thermoformed trays.

Wall system: Wall-mounted cabinets, upper and lower perforated tool panels, and uprights sit above the worktop. The Flagship and L add a tool wall with an aluminum shutter.

Reels: The Flagship includes an air-hose reel. G and L include air-hose and cable reels.

Sink: Layout H only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is LED lighting included?

No. The sheet metal worktops are designed to take LED strip profiles that light the modules below, ordered separately.

Can I add to a layout later?

Yes, and added modules are special order too, with the same lead time and return rules. RSC50 2.0 modules aren't listed here individually, so ask us for a quote.

Plain answers

Is the length on the layout button the wall length I need?

Not on every layout. That number is the worktop, and full-height cabinets stand at the ends of the run: the Flagship has 117.7 in. of worktop and needs 177.4 in. of wall. Use the installed width shown under Your selection for the layout you pick.

Which layouts can I order with a wood or stainless worktop?

Only D and F. Every other layout comes with the PVC-coated sheet metal worktop, with no substitute on this page. On D and F the module list stays the same and the wood version is the lightest, at 579.8 lb on D and 851 lb on F.

Which layout has a sink, and what does it need?

Layout H is the only one with a sink module. It comes with a mixer tap, drain unit, sink stopper, filter cap and soap dispenser, and the water supply and drain connections in your garage are yours to arrange, so talk to your plumber before you order.

Which layouts include hose or cable reels?

The Flagship includes an air-hose reel, and G and L include both air-hose and cable reels. You supply the compressed air, and the reels are US versions.

Who assembles it, and how does it get to the garage?

You or an installer you hire assemble it on site, and we help with freight coordination and installation guidance. It arrives on one or more pallets at the curb, from 467.4 lb packed on layout A to 1,772.8 lb on layout I, so plan people and equipment for moving modules the last stretch.

Can I change a module in a layout?

The layouts are ordered as listed. If a door, window or obstruction gets in the way, we specify the run module by module instead, so send us your measurements. A run built that way is still a special order.

Can I cancel if my plans change?

You can cancel for a full refund before the order ships, so tell us as soon as your plans change. Once Beta has released it for shipment, a cancellation is treated as a return, and this special-order item cannot be returned for a change of mind. We confirm the layout against Beta's module list in writing before the order is placed, so settle the measurements at that stage.
