Description
The Beta C04TSS/7 is a seven-drawer stainless steel roller tool cabinet built in AISI 304 throughout: frame, casters, supports, ball bearings, drawer interiors, and guides. It is the cabinet for a garage that runs humid, sits near salt air, or doubles as a wash bay, because it resists rust and corrosion in moist or harsh environments.
Beta designs this stainless line for places where particles from corrosion are unacceptable, including pharmaceutical production, food production, and offshore marine work.
Shipping and Delivery
Stock: Held at Beta's warehouse in Columbia, Pennsylvania.
Freight: Ships on a pallet to the 48 contiguous states, curbside on a liftgate truck. The carrier lowers it to the curb and does not bring it inside, so plan help for the last stretch. Freight is shown at checkout.

Probably not. The Beta RSC24 is made in Italy in 20-gauge steel and is the better buy where corrosion isn't the problem.

The C04TSS/7 suits a garage that stays damp, sits near salt air or doubles as a wash bay, because AISI 304 stainless runs from the frame to the drawer guides and there is no paint to chip. If your garage is dry and heated, a painted Beta RSC24 is the better buy, with a 1,760 lb static load capacity and a choice of five colors.
Damp garages
AISI 304 resists corrosion, moisture, and wear and tear.
Coastal air
Frame, casters, supports, ball bearings, drawer interiors and guides are all 304, with aluminum handles.
Wash bays
The smooth surface wipes down, with no textured powder coat to hold grime.
When painted is the better buy
In a dry, heated garage, the RSC24 gives you 5, 7 or 8 drawers in five colors, and you skip paying for corrosion resistance you will not use.
Plain answers
Will it rust near salt water?
AISI 304 resists corrosion and moisture, but neither Beta nor we call it rustproof. The smooth surface wipes down, so plan on wiping off salt film instead of leaving it to sit.
Can I load it to 1,540 lb and roll it?
No. The 1,540 lb (700 kg) figure is the static load on the top surface, so treat it as what the top can carry at rest. There is no published rolling load. The drawers have their own limits: 55 lb (25 kg) in each shallow drawer and 66 lb (30 kg) in the deep one.
Will the casters mark a coated floor?
The 5 in. (125 mm) wheels are non-marking and move on any surface. Two swivel with brakes and two are fixed, so it steers from one end.
Can it be sterilized?
Yes. The whole cabinet can be completely sterilized. For everyday use, the smooth surface wipes down.
Are foam trays or tools included?
No. The cabinet comes empty, and foam trays are sold separately.
Does this have the 6 to 8 week wait?
No. Beta stocks it at its Columbia, PA warehouse, so it skips the Italian container cycle behind the C45PRO 2.0, RSC50 2.0 and C58BC lines. It also follows our normal terms: 30 days from delivery, new and unused in original packaging, with a 25% restocking fee and return freight at your cost.
What happens if something fails?
Start with us and we handle the claim. The warranty runs 24 months for non-professional use and 12 months for professional use, and there is a spare-parts diagram for this cabinet.
