WHO IT IS FOR

For the owner who is done thinking about the pool

Every robot in this range cleans well. The X is the one that removes you from the process after the clean too: it parks at its AstroRinse station, empties what it collected into a 22 L bin, and rinses its own filter in about three minutes, so the routine of hauling the robot out, tipping the basket and hosing the mesh largely disappears. Against the 2 Ultra, buy it for what happens after the clean, not during it. The Ultra already covers AI mapping, night cleaning and step coverage; the X is for the owner whose real cost is their own time, or whose trees fill a basket faster than they care to empty it.

Before You Order

Shipping and delivery

Ships from a US warehouse, typically within two business days, with tracking on every order. This is a two-box product: the robot at 28.9 lb and the AstroRinse station at 41.9 lb. Plan for the station's 25 x 21 in footprint at the pool edge before it arrives.

The unit contains a lithium battery, so shipments can carry service or destination restrictions. Confirm with us before ordering to a remote, island or non-continental address.

Station placement requirements

The self-cleaning station needs a flat platform of at least 3.3 x 3.3 ft beside water at least 14 inches deep, with access to power for the wireless charger. No plumbing and no permanent installation: placement is the whole job.

Warranty and returns

Warranty term: 2 years, handled by Beatbot. Returns are accepted within 30 days under our return and refund policy, with no return label fee and no restocking charge.

Frequently Asked Questions

The self-cleaning station, placement and whether the flagship is worth it

After a session the robot docks at the AstroRinse station, which empties the collected debris into a 22 L bin and rinses the robot's filter in about three minutes. The bin holds roughly 3,000 leaves, so most owners empty it about once every two months, into a disposable bag. What disappears is the per-session routine of tipping the basket and hosing the mesh.

Straight answer: only if the self-cleaning function removes work you actually do, or your pool sheds enough debris that basket capacity is the limit. The 2 Ultra already gives you AI mapping, night cleaning, step coverage and five-in-one cleaning for considerably less. Buy the X for what it does after the clean, not during it. We would rather say that plainly than sell the more expensive machine.

On a flat platform of at least 3.3 x 3.3 ft at the pool edge, beside water at least 14 inches deep. It weighs 41.9 lb and measures about 25 x 21 x 22 inches. No plumbing is involved.

The station charges the robot wirelessly at 88W: it docks, charges in about 4.5 hours, and is ready for the next scheduled session without anyone connecting a plug near the water.

Yes. Google Home, Alexa and Siri are supported alongside the Beatbot app, which also handles scheduling, mode selection and one-click return to the surface.

The vision system is used for navigation and debris recognition, identifying over 40 debris types onboard. Beatbot's AquaSense privacy engineering is certified by TUV Rheinland under ETSI EN 303 645.
