Description

The F3000 is a 120 V home backup station: 3,072 Wh and 3,600 W on wheels, for running essentials such as a fridge, lights, Wi-Fi and a furnace fan through an outage.

It does not make 240 V on its own, so it will not run a 240 V load such as a well pump. Two F3000 stations joined by the Double Voltage Hub make 240 V, and we sell that pair as a kit.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

At delivery: The station weighs 91.5 lb. Check the cartons before you sign, and contact us within 48 hours with photos if anything arrives damaged.

Key Features

Output: 3,600 W continuous at 120 V, with a 7,200 W surge and a 4,860 W SurgePad peak. It does not make 240 V on its own.

Outlets: A TT-30R carries the full 3,600 W at 30 A. The NEMA 5-20R outlets are rated 20 A, 2,400 W at most. USB-C gives 100 W per port, USB-A 12 W per port, plus a car socket and an Anderson DC port.

Wall charging: 1,800 W from a 120 V, 15 A outlet.

Generator charging: 3,600 W from a 120 V, 30 A generator, through the 120 V Generator Input Adapter, sold separately.

Solar: Up to 2,400 W across two inputs: 1,600 W on the high-voltage input (11 to 165 V) and 800 W on the low-voltage input (11 to 60 V).

UPS: Switches to battery in 20 ms when the wall power drops.

Battery: LiFePO4, rated for 4,000 cycles.

Wheels: A pull handle and wheels, because 91.5 lb is not a carry.

Expansion: Up to three BP3000 batteries on one station, for 12,288 Wh. With a battery connected, combined AC and solar input reaches 6,000 W.

In the box: The F3000, an AC charging cable, a high-voltage solar charging cable, and the user manual.

Installation and Compatibility

120 V only: A load on a 240 V circuit, such as a well pump, needs two F3000 stations and the Double Voltage Hub.

Placement: Use it in a dry, ventilated place, away from liquids and rain.

Expansion: Up to three BP3000 batteries on one station, for 12,288 Wh. The BP3800 battery is for the F3800 Plus and does not fit this station.

House circuits: Connecting it to house circuits takes a transfer switch, sold separately. We also sell the F3000 with a 6-circuit 120 V transfer switch as a kit.

Warranty

Term: 5 years.

Claims: Contact us first, with your proof of purchase and the serial number.

Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, under our return and refund policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it run a 240 V well pump?

Not on its own. The F3000 makes 120 V only. Two stations joined by the Double Voltage Hub make 240 V.

Is the generator adapter included?

No. Charging from a 120 V generator takes the 120 V Generator Input Adapter, sold separately.

Does the BP3800 battery fit?

No. The F3000 takes the BP3000. The BP3800 is for the F3800 Plus.

How does it connect to my house?

Through a transfer switch, sold separately. Ask us which one fits your panel.

Shipping & returns

Free shipping Shipping is included in the price, to the contiguous U.S. Full timelines are in the shipping policy.

Returns follow the stated return window — see returns & exchanges. Freight returns are arranged by our team.

Lithium battery shipments travel by ground only, never air, and can carry destination restrictions. Feeding household circuits through a transfer switch needs a licensed electrician, who will tell you whether your area needs a permit and inspection.

Who it is for

For 120 V essentials

This station is for running essentials through an outage at 120 V: a fridge, lights, Wi-Fi, a furnace fan. If your must-run list includes anything on a 240 V circuit, such as a well pump, you need two stations and the Double Voltage Hub.

  • 3,600 W at 120 V

All of it through the TT-30R outlet, 2,400 W at most from a NEMA 5-20R outlet.

  • Room for more capacity

Up to three BP3000 batteries take one station to 12,288 Wh.

  • It rolls

Wheels and a pull handle, because 91.5 lb is not a carry.
