Trimmer pre-order: Estimated delivery is January 2027. The rest of the order ships ahead of it.
Delivery: Free within the 48 contiguous states. The order arrives in separate cartons — the Core, dock, battery, and each module — so plan for someone to be home and inspect each one before you sign.
Key Features
Y40P drive: Gearbox-free dual hub motors reach 1.2 m/s, with fewer moving parts and less routine maintenance than a gearbox drivetrain.
Positioning: There is no Data Center in the box. The Y40P uses NetRTK, free for the life of the robot — no base station to mount, but it needs internet and coverage at your address, which the Yarbo app checks before setup.
Terrain: It handles 70% (35°) slopes and 2-inch obstacles, and keeps its position under tree cover with vision, IMU, and odometry.
Clearing: The two-stage design takes a 24-inch width through a 12-inch intake and throws snow 6 to 40 feet. It handles dry, wet, and packed snow on paved, concrete, and gravel surfaces, though wet, heavy snow deeper than 9.84 inches (25 cm) may need manual help.
Air output: 174 MPH air speed and 607 CFM from a 2,000 W motor, for leaves, dust, and light debris.
Edging: A 36 V, 200 W trimmer finishes edges and fence lines at 2 to 4 inches, with automatic line feed. It mounts through the included Back Brace Mount.
Slope limit: The rating drops to 36% (20°) with the snow blower, so measure a steep drive before ordering.

What's Included
In the box: Y40P Core, docking station, battery, wired charger, tow hitch, RTK and HaLow antennas, and tool kit. The Snow Blower Gen 2 comes with snow tracks, a shovel, and shear pins. The Blower comes with a flexible hand tube. The Trimmer comes with its Back Brace Mount and two line spools.
Installation and Compatibility
Setup: Map the yard in the Yarbo app, with no boundary wire and no base station to mount. The Snow Blower Essential Kit pairs with this bundle as an add-on.
Later: Add the Lawn Mower Pro to the same Core — another season is an attachment rather than another machine.
Warranty
Term: Two years for residential use, starting at app activation or three days after delivery, whichever comes first. Each module's warranty starts on its own.
Not covered: Consumables such as tracks, antennas, skid shoes, belts, scrapers, and nozzles, plus commercial, professional, or rental use and non-Yarbo parts.
Claims: Yarbo Support issues an RMA before anything ships back, and Yarbo covers the freight once it is approved.

The year
Four seasons, one map
The property is mapped once. After that, the season decides the module — not another machine, another app, and another charger on the wall.
Grass
Mower decks cover about 0.3 acre per charge and up to 2 acres a day on a mow-and-recharge cycle. Rain detection sends it home.
Leaves
The blower module pushes 607 CFM along routes you set once — lawn, drive, and walkways cleared on a schedule.
Snow
Two-stage clearing, 24 inches at a pass, thrown up to 40 feet — rated to −13°F, on paved, concrete, or gravel drives.
Edges & errands

Questions before you buy
When does the trimmer ship?
Estimated delivery for the Trimmer Package is January 2027. The rest of the order ships ahead of it.
How much snow can it clear on a charge?
About 7,000 sq ft per charge at 1 inch of snow. Expect less in deeper or wetter snow. It clears 24 inches at a pass through a 12-inch intake.
What surfaces and slopes can it clear?
Paved, concrete and gravel drives, in dry, wet or packed snow. The slope rating drops to 36% on snow, so measure a steep drive before ordering. It is rated to −13°F.
How long does the blower run?
About 70 minutes per charge, with 90 minutes to recharge from 20% to 80%.
Do I need to bury a boundary wire?
No. You map the property in the Yarbo app, and the robot holds position with RTK-GPS backed by vision, IMU and odometry. Changing a boundary later is an app edit, not a digging job.
Does it need internet or a cell plan?
Yes, it needs internet. The Y40P has no Data Center in the box and uses NetRTK, free for the life of the robot, over Wi-Fi, 4G or Wi-Fi HaLow. The Yarbo app checks coverage at your address before setup. Where NetRTK does not reach, a Data Center is sold separately and runs with no internet.
Who sets it up, and where does everything go?
You do, in the Yarbo app. The box includes the docking station, antennas and an installation and tool kit, and there is no base station to mount. Yarbo also offers one-on-one video setup and a map of volunteer installers.
Can it stay outside all year?
Yes. The robot is designed to stay outside on its dock through sun, rain and snow, within its −13°F to 113°F operating range.
Is this setup available on the Y40?
We list this setup on the Y40P Core only. Y40P replaces the Y40’s gearbox with gearbox-free dual hub motors, which mow 0.3 acre per charge against 0.25 on the Y40. Each module fits both generations.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Each module fits both the Y40 and Y40P Core, and the Core and dock stay the same. You can buy them from us when the season changes.
What does the warranty cover?
Yarbo gives a 2-year limited warranty for residential use. Its 2026 policy excludes consumables such as tracks, antennas, blades and belts, and it excludes commercial, professional and rental use. Yarbo Support issues an RMA before anything ships back, and Yarbo covers the freight once it is approved.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. Yarbo equipment is returnable for product defects only, so ask us anything you are unsure about before ordering. If it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours. Our return policy has the details.

NetRTK needs a connection
There is no base station to mount, but NetRTK needs internet and coverage at your address, and the Yarbo app checks that before setup. Vision, IMU, and odometry carry the robot under trees. Coverage and runtime vary with your terrain, so tell us about it first.
It arrives as freight
This is not a parcel-locker purchase — the Core and modules ship as large cartons (the snow blower module alone is about 80 pounds). Plan for someone to be home, and read the delivery band on our shipping policy before ordering.
