Sommer Side Mount Kit with Low Profile Header Bracket — for evo+ and pro+ Openers

This kit mounts a Sommer evo+ or pro+ rail along the side of the garage instead of down the middle of the ceiling, and adds the low profile header bracket.

It keeps the ceiling free for shelving or a car lift. If you already have the bracket, the side mount kit on its own is the simpler order.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free by parcel within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Key Features

Mounting: The rail runs along the side of the garage, above or below the horizontal track, on the left or right.

Why: It leaves the ceiling free for shelving or a car lift.

Side room: No additional side room is required.

Door height: Add about 6 in. to the maximum door height measurement.

Not a jackshaft: The rail and motor carriage stay in place on the opener.
