Description

The side mount kit moves a Sommer evo+ or pro+ rail from the middle of the ceiling to the side of the garage, above or below the door track.

It leaves the ceiling free for shelving or a car lift. The low profile header bracket is sold separately, or in the kit that includes it.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free by parcel within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Key Features

Mounting: The rail runs along the side of the garage, above or below the horizontal track, on the left or right.

Why: It leaves the ceiling free for shelving or a car lift.

Side room: No additional side room is required.

Door height: Add about 6 in. to the maximum door height measurement.

Not a jackshaft: The rail and motor carriage stay in place on the opener.

Is this a jackshaft opener?

No. A rail and motor carriage still run the door. The kit moves them to the side.

Does it work on any door track?

Tell us your track and door height first. It isn't for high lift doors.
