A pair of hooks made for the Auxx-Lift Storage Lift, for gear that hangs better than it sits on the deck: bikes, cargo carriers, kayaks, paddle boards, roof-top tents and large ride-on toys.

Hung loads ride up and down with the platform, and they count toward the lift's rated capacity.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery: Free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Dispatch: It ships from Auxx-Lift by UPS Ground. Transit is typically 1 to 5 business days within the 48 states, and the delivery estimate shows at checkout.

At delivery: Check the box before you accept it, and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the box, the packing and the item if anything arrives damaged.

Total load: Anything on the deck, hung from hooks or added as an accessory counts toward the lift's rated capacity of 400, 600 or 800 lb.

Clearance: Hung items hang below the platform, so check they clear the car and the garage door when the lift is up.

Warranty

Term: 2 years from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship in personal, normal household use. Coverage ends if the original buyer sells or transfers the product.

Not covered: Installation, commercial use, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or changes, attachments not supplied with the product, extension cords, power outages, fire, flood and other acts of nature, and failure to follow the Owner's Manual.

Claims: Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Contact us first with your order number and a description of the fault, and we take the claim to Auxx-Lift. Once the defective part or product is returned, Auxx-Lift sends replacement parts or replaces the product, new or reconditioned. Shipping on warranty replacements is paid by the customer.

Returns: Within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, under our return and refund policy.
