WHO IT IS FOR

Array wattage without a rack on the roof

Reaching a useful array size with 100W panels means more panels, more connectors and more cable runs — on a van or shed roof that is the difference between a clean install and a maze. The SF-200 halves that count. It is a laminate rather than a framed panel, so it conforms to a curved surface with no standoffs, no added height and fewer roof penetrations to seal.

What Sets The SF-200 Apart

200W In One Laminate

Half the panels, connectors and cable runs to reach a given array size

Conforms To A Curved Roof

No frame, no brackets, no standoffs and fewer penetrations to seal

ALLPOWERS SF-200 — 200W Flexible Solar Panel, Low-Profile

ETFE Surface, Not PET

Protects transmission where PET-faced panels yellow and haze under UV

Feeds A Station’s Full Solar Input

Stack a few and you are charging, not trickle-charging

Built For A Permanent Roof Array

Low-profile mounting on surfaces that will not take a frame
A laminate, not a framed panel

A laminate, not a framed panel

At 54.13 × 30.7 in and 0.11 in thick the SF-200 sits against the roof rather than above it. Six perimeter holes let you strap or fasten it to the surface you have, with no rail system to buy and no standoffs to add height, drag or leak paths.

38.4V open-circuit and 6.25A at maximum power, both carrying the manufacturer’s ±5% tolerance. Open-circuit voltage also rises in cold weather, so size each string against the upper end of the band and leave headroom below your controller’s maximum PV voltage. Three of these in series is already past what several portable stations accept.

Before You Order

Shipping and delivery

At 9.03 lb the panel ships standard ground parcel, though its 54-inch length means an oversized carton. Panels are flat and comparatively fragile in transit, so inspect the surface and the junction box for cracks or impact marks before you install — damage is much harder to argue once the panel is on a roof.

What is in the box

SF-200 200W solar panel, solar connector to XT60 charging cable, and the user manual. Mounting straps, adhesive and brackets are not included: the panel has six perimeter holes and the fastening method is yours to choose.

Warranty and returns

Two-year manufacturer warranty. Returns are handled under our return and refund policy. Bonding a flexible panel directly to a roof traps heat behind the laminate and the wrong adhesive can affect warranty cover — confirm the approved fastening method and minimum bend radius with us first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wiring, output and mounting

Any station or charge controller whose PV input window covers 38.4V open-circuit and 6.25A. That includes the ALLPOWERS R-series and most third-party units with a standard solar connector. Check your station’s maximum PV voltage first — open-circuit voltage rises in cold weather, so leave headroom above 38.4V.

Yes. In series the voltages add and current stays the same: two panels give roughly 77V open-circuit at 6.25A, three give roughly 115V. In parallel the currents add and voltage stays put: two panels give roughly 38.4V at 12.5A. Match your total against your station’s stated PV input limits — three of these in series is already past what several portable stations accept.

ETFE is a fluoropolymer film used instead of the PET that older flexible panels used. PET yellows and hazes under UV, which is why early flexible panels lost output within a couple of seasons. ETFE holds its transmission far longer, and the honeycomb texture picks up light at shallower angles.

The 200W rating is measured at standard test conditions: 1000W/m² irradiance and a 25°C cell. On a real roof expect meaningfully less. Angle to the sun, haze, heat and dust all cost output, and a flat-mounted panel rarely sees an ideal angle. Plan an array on realistic daily watt-hours rather than the nameplate figure.

Yes — the panel is IP68 rated and built for semi-permanent mounting. What still needs care is how you attach it. Bonding a flexible panel directly to a roof traps heat behind the laminate and costs output. Confirm the approved fastening method and minimum bend radius with us before committing it to a curved surface.

The panel measures 54.13 × 30.7 in. Measure the flat or gently curved run available before ordering, and leave room for the junction box and cable exit at one end. If the run is shorter than 54 in, the SF-100 at 39.68 in is the better fit.
